"I have worked with Victor Hernandez on several large roofing projects in the Pasadena area (over a number of years) and know him to be an experienced, knowledgeable and highly reliable roofing contractor.   My initial experience with Victor was on a complicated, multi-phase mansard roof replacement on a 20 unit HOA complex ($500,000).  Victor was invaluable during the formulation of the roof specifications and his pricing was very fair during the competitive bidding process .

One a different occasion, after completion of a job,  a small amount of the manufacturer’s roof product appeared to be defective.  Victor jumped right in to work with the manufacturer to remove the defective product and replace it.  This was all at no charge to the owner.   One another occasion, and on a job not performed initially by Victor, he knowledgeable analyzed the roof problem, outlined alternative solutions, and made the repairs.
